Recipe – Cold cucumber soup

Ingredients:

Bunch of fresh dill

1 large cucumber

500g plain full-fat or Greek yogurt

salt, pepper, crushed garlic

Method:

Using kitchen scissors, cut the fresh dill including the stalks directly into a blender and add a little water.

Cut the washed but unpeeled cucumber into cubes and layer on top of the dill. Spoon over the yogurt and season with the spices. Blend very well for a few minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
