Consultations are approximately 60 minutes long and are exploratory in nature.
During your first appointment, I will get to know you by asking lots of questions. I will also take a full medical history dating back to your childhood. This will help me to build a personalised plan of action. Each plan is tailored and unique to the client.
During follow-up consultations, we will work through your progress and any dietary concerns or challenges you are facing. All initial and follow-up consultations are 60 minutes.
I strongly believe that healthier eating habits can be achieved through small but sustainable changes. My approach is based on careful guidance and weekly feedback. I accompany my clients every step of the way by sending them a summary of each session and interesting research articles about the topic we covered.
My fees are as follows:
- £400 which includes an initial assessment + 9 follow up sessions.
- The 11th session is a complimentary recap session.
- Each session is an hour long.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions sessions will currently take place via Zoom. Once the restrictions have been lifted face-to-face consultations can be continued.
Should you only require a single consultation the cost per session is £40.
