These are one-to-one consultations, consisting of an initial assessment and 9 follow-up sessions. Based on your unique needs and requirements I will create a personalised nutritional treatment plan for you.
In my sessions I also like to share important facts, research outcomes and scientific evidence surrounding human nutrition so that you will gain the knowledge needed to make informed choices regarding food in the future.
